For 26% of organizations, cost is the number one consideration when selecting a new workforce or time and attendance provider. The ability to both configure the solution to meet complex business policies and integrate self-service and workflow functionality that improves the manager and employee experience round out the top three criteria organizations consider.

We believe this will increase, especially in light of the release of the General Data Protection Regulation in Europe, creating additional scrutiny around the way employee data is leveraged within the organization.
